Once you decide to purchase services from us, it is automatically declared that you are agreeing and accepting our refund policy as well as terms and conditions.
All refund policies are contingent upon the manner in which the order was placed, whether through an invoice, payment link, or manual card charge with the client’s permission.
The main purpose to collect information from clients is to make our official website better, to enable clients to know about our services, and also solve different types of problems that occur during or after the purchase. However, there are options in which the client can opt out from receiving notification emails in the future.
Web Development and Designing, Digital Marketing, App development and SEO Services Refund Policy
When and if the client buys our web development, App development and design or digital marketing services that may include SEO, etc. they must check our refund policy.
Product Unacceptable
Our refund policy stipulates that if the services or products provided do not meet the agreed-upon terms, customers may request changes; however, refunds will not be issued once the project has commenced. We welcome multiple change requests to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.
Credit/Voucher
If you’re eligible for a refund according to our policy, we’ll give you your money back through the same way you paid. We don’t offer credit or vouchers.
Administration of Refunds
Modifications and Changes in Refund Policies
GrowOn Limited has all the right to amend refund policies periodically. We, GrowOn Limited don’t need any prior notice to do the needful. Therefore, it is advised to check on the refund policies every time before making a purchase of our services.
In our policies, it is clearly stated that any chargeback initiated will not be eligible for a refund. We adhere strictly to this policy, and clients are informed that initiating a chargeback does not entitle them to a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
Restriction of Accountability
GrowOn Limited is not responsible for any kind of loss during or after buying digital marketing, web development ,App Development or and services. Delay at delivery is also not the point on which we shall make any refund. With our policy of no refunds, once the project commences, we are unable to provide any reimbursement
Setup Charges
Setup charges are non-refundable. The payments incurred by GrowOn Limited in this step for SEO or other campaigns are not returned in any case. No exceptions.
Website Development and Designing – Hosting Charges
Payments made for the preceding, following, or in advance are not refunded at any circumstance. The date you order services for website development and designing, a client’s hosting accounts are set up. However, if and when the client opens an account that is not used, even then the payment will be due and will not be refunded. The client needs to send an email to stop getting the billing (for hosting).
Suspension of Hosting Account
Chances of getting account suspension are higher if and when the client fails to make payment after 15 days of the due date. In that case, GrowOn Limited will give the refund of the hosting service which is not yet consumed. GrowOn Limited will also have the right to terminate the client’s user account when and if he is found violating policies, terms, and conditions. If the account is terminated because of a violation, there will be no refund for any point mentioned above.
Requisites of Refund
At GrowOn Limited, we uphold a strict no refund policy. We treat all clients with equal importance, ensuring each project is handled with professionalism and in alignment with their terms, conditions, vision, and goals. While we strive to meet and exceed expectations, if a client is dissatisfied with our work, we are open to considering adjustments based on their requirements. However, refunds are not part of our policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and remain committed to delivering high-quality results tailored to your needs.
No Refund
As per our policy, refunds are not granted once the project is completed or uploaded to the agreed server. Additionally, refunds are not issued under the following circumstances: if the client changes their mind after downloading the provided service, or if a purchase was made without checking the description or was placed by mistake. Our no-refund policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which are readily available for review by any chargeback officers investigating the matter.
